Subway

Ok, let's start with Subway. Remember, this blog is about cheap, inexpensive lunch, not the best place to eat. Subway is all around the Denver tech center. They have a daily special. It's not bad. Dress it up with fresh veggies! I always get the Parmesan bread. The specials are for a six inch, but I get the footlong, eat half, put the other half in the office fridge and then I have lunch for tomorrow.

Chips and a drink...get it with the sandwich or not. I thought I would save money and buy the chips and drink at the office. I didn't save any money. So, if you are inclined, add that to your sandwich, eat the first half of the sandwich at Subway, when I am done I get a refill to take back to the office, for afternoon sipping.

Cost - around $7.50 for sandwich and chips and drink. Also factor in what you DON'T have to pay for lunch tomorrow.
